To all my beautiful children,
I think that most of you have known this was coming for a while, this time to say goodbye. In our lives, things come and go, begin and end. And even this garden is one of those things.
This garden is a beautiful place, but it has been outgrown by all of us, and it’s time that we tended to the needs of others worlds. That is why this will be my final post on Romantic Typewriter Gardens.
Yes, I am sad to say goodbye. In all honesty, I am sadder than I thought I would be. Because I realize that I have so many good memories wrapped up in the things that I wrote for you here.
But don’t be afraid. I’m not gone forever. I will continue writing, but my home ground has moved on to bigger worlds. Worlds with enough space for all of us, and hopefully worlds that will never be outgrow but will be big and wide enough to fit the entirety of all who wish to follow me into its depths.
Though we say goodbye to our little garden and the time we spent here together, we’re saying hello to a new chapter, an entirely new world.
If you wish to follow me there and learn more about my writing and reading, about life after grad school, about dreams, about stars, about worlds and all the rest, I hope that you will join me over at my new blog (and maybe soon to be website later this year!).
So now, without further ado, my new blog, The Folded World.
For those of you who wish to keep in touch with me, you will be able to do so through the following avenues.
Take care, my dears. I hope to see you on the other side.
Your unaffectionate supernova,
